Privacy notice

QuickPresence uses only the storage needed to provide authentication, security, attendance forms, and basic application delivery.

Essential storage

These items are necessary for the application to work and are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking:

• Session cookies keep organizers signed in and protect account actions.
• Security tokens help prevent forged form submissions.
• Browser cache may keep versioned stylesheets, JavaScript, images, and icons so pages load faster.
• A local browser flag remembers that this notice was acknowledged.

What we do not use

QuickPresence does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling, or third-party marketing trackers.

Attendance data

Attendance answers are stored on the server for the attendance list and are retained according to the project retention rules.

Future changes

If optional analytics, marketing, or other non-essential storage is added later, the project must request consent before enabling it.
